Terms of Service
Terms governing use of this website and studio services provided by Anne Street Fit in Ireland.
Last updated: 24 July 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply to Anne Street Fit, operated by Aoife Byrne, of 28 South Anne Street, Dublin 2, D02 DX39, Ireland ([email protected], +353 1 555 6258). By using this website or commissioning our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide clothing alterations, restyling, repairs, bridal and formal fittings, and related studio services. Descriptions on this site are for information; the exact work, price, and timeline are confirmed when we assess your garment or agree a booking.
3. Walk-ins and appointments
Standard alterations may be accepted on a walk-in basis during opening hours, subject to capacity. Bridal and group fittings should be booked in advance. A request via the website or phone is not confirmed until we reply and agree a time. Please arrive at the agreed slot; if you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible.
4. Quotes and payment
Estimates may change once we inspect the garment. We will seek your agreement before carrying out additional work beyond what was approved. Payment is due as agreed when the work is completed or collected, unless otherwise arranged.
5. Customer property
Garments left with us remain your property. We take reasonable care while they are in the studio. Please remove valuables and items you do not want stored with the garment. Uncollected items may incur storage charges after a reasonable notice period.
6. Website use
Content on this site is provided for general information about our studio. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use contact forms for spam or unlawful purposes. We may update or withdraw site content without notice.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from delays beyond our reasonable control. Studio liability for damage is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected garment or part, where we are at fault.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts in Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under EU or Irish law.
